“Hybridity”, an Exhibition by the Hellenic Mediterranean University of Sitia Students Art Team.

You are invited to join us to the exhibition “Hybridity”, on Saturday, May 24 at 20:30, at the premises of Stegi VITSENTZOS KORNAROS (97, V. Kornarou St., Sitia), an event filled with aesthetic conflicts, unexpected compositions and limitless creativity.

The exhibition, curated by Martha Markantoni, is a visual exploration of the concept of combining contradictory or seemingly incompatible elements. Through works that blend different materials, forms and techniques, participating artists create new aesthetic realities, challenging traditional boundaries between the natural and the artificial, the traditional and the contemporary, the digital and the handmade.

“Hybridity” exhibition features visual art, mixed media, as well as sculpture constructed using 3D printing technology. The element of hybridity runs through all the creations, highlighting the power of contrast and the creative dialogue between different worlds.
