The presentation of the book Archaeology, Nation and Race – Confronting the Past, Decolonizing the Future in Greece and Israel, by Yannis Hamilakis and Raphael Greenberg, will take place on Friday, 4 August, at 20:30, at the Municipal Garden of Sitia, as part of the “Kornareia 2023” events.

A discussion will follow between the writer Yannis Hamilakis, Dr. Yorgos Alexopoulos (Archaeologist at the Ministry of Culture), Dr. Myrto Aloumpi (Department of Philology, University of Crete) and Andonis Anipsitakis (Stegi VITSENTZOS KORNAROS Managing Committee member).
