The Seminar/Workshop on Vitsentzos Kornaros’ major work, Erotokritos, which was especially organized by Stegi Vitsentzos Kornaros for the Teachers of Sitia, has been successfully concluded.
The 7-month-long Seminar on Erotokritos (October 2021-May 2022, 40 hours) was inspired and co-ordinated by Mr. Stephanos Kaklamanis, Professor of Modern Greek Philology, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. During the course of the Seminar, the regular on-line meetings were complimented by three physical presence workshops. The participants had the opportunity to acquire a deeper knowledge of the text, by ways of philological, artistic, historical, sociological and philosophical routes.
